  My South Oak Dodge experience was good until we signed. Then things went downhill. Thought a 2014 Grand Caravan with less than 43k and Certified Pre-owned was a safe bet. Less than a month and 600 miles cruise control didn't work and transmission started giving us problems. Transmission and cruise control button replaced by local dealer under warranty costing us deductible, time and rental costs. Was it sold as CPO just to warranty conditions they knew about or did they miss things during the inspection? I'm not sure. I've sent emails and not had a response. In addition asked for second key and was told there was none but I could buy one for $250. Bought one myself for $170 from a locksmith. Blame me on this one but the cup holders for the middle bench seat were missing also. Thank goodness for EBay. In total this CPO vehicle cost me an additional $300+ and time within the first month of ownership. I'll have to opt out of their referral emails since we won't be referring anyone to South Oak Dodge.

  My overall experience was comfortable! Korey Patrick and Clarence McLloyd were kind, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find what I was seeking. My husband and I are a Jeep family. My purchase today represents our third experience with South Oak Dodge. We would refer family and friends to this dealership.
  Thank you again Korey and Clarence for all your hard work. When I am back in the area, I certainly will stop in to say hello.

  We had been searching for a car for our daughter for some time. With only 8 days until she got her license, we finally found the perfect pre-owned car for her! Now the problem is we were 110 miles from the dealership. John Buchanan went above and beyond for us. he sent us many additional pictures via text and kept in touch with us until we were able to get to the dealership (almost a 3 hour drive due to traffic). Once there John greeted us outside and immediately took us out for a test drive. Long story short we bought the car after some discussions and a little help from the entire management team to help my daughter's dream of being a car owner come true. The entire staff was friendly but John was the one who really closed the deal for us. He spoke to my daughter in the deal and made her part of the experience. Thank you John and the entire South Oak Team. Shout out to Leo Estrada in helping with the paperwork you were awesome too!
