  The customer service sucked at check in. The front desk clerk Andy, failed to mention the total price of the room when I called. Not to mention I called multiple times about rates. Originally I booked two rooms and the rate that was given was $94 per room. When I decided I only needed one room, the price changed. This information was not relayed at the time of booking or canceling one of the rooms. Upon arrival at the front desk, Andy stated he understood I was upset, but how? He quoted the price of $100 more than he told me on the phone and said it was because of incidentals. When asked why, he said well normally guest ask...Umm excuse me but that's really poor customer service and he didn't really seemed to care although he dryly apologized. Had I not really needed to book this room I would have left. I walked into the room and the bed is leaning.... I'm over it! This is my first and last stay!!!
